Wallflowers

I know this is old but... I really like the art. Really, it's beautiful. But I think it's a shame to stop yourself from seeing things just because you like the source material. Perks is my favourite book, and I was nervous seeing the film, but it's now my favourite film too. Seeing a film does not take away from the original book. I think it's a very short-sighted approach to life to assume the worst and make judgements without the information, as that's just the sort of thing that leads to misinformed decisions and beliefs. There's not much more sad to see than a opinion completely formed on the basis of speculation rather than fact, and the stubborn refusal to let anything risk changing one's mind. 

Really nice art though, looks how I imagined them. Really worth seeing the film.
